City hopes Wrangler Rodeo will break even

GALLUP — Bringing the National High School Finals Rodeo to Red Rock Park has the potential to generate $7 million-$10 million in tourism money spent in the city, but hosting the event could be more trouble than it’s worth, city officials said.
